You’re Not Serious, Are You?

Hi hi, I was shopping yesterday and I overheard a conversation a few ladies were having (no I don’t do names lol). One said that she would never ever wear the same item twice while blogging, so there was no use in keeping it! Like really? Wow, so do you blog an item then toss it in the trash? How was this even possible? Then the other well dressed woman said the most horrible thing ever! She would never wear the same hair twice!
What! Like really WHAT! I mean the horror of tossing out or never re-visiting my hair, let alone new and favorite clothing!!!!! Damn I am not made of Linden, truth be told I allow myself a bi-weekly allowance, during which I usually pay my rent, then spend like a wild woman, than run around broke for another week and a half and peruse my inventory for all my new goodies and match them up with all my faves. Omg I could not imagine throwing out anything because I had already blogged it, Especially NEW ITEMS or HAIR!
On the other hand maybe that’s why I can’t get below 32k in inventory though lol.

But I was really just blown away by that, sure I love new, but could you imagine buying celoe, mon tissu, Truth, Mood (and that’s just to name a few) and wearing them all once and they are never to be seen again? haha NOT on this Girlie’s budget or agenda. The Horror :-O  of it all! I reuse, I even wear the same items in following posts, I don’t know maybe I am weird yes? /:)

Ok enough with that, I felt like dressing up today in a few of my favorite things along with, yes New, and you can bet every single item in these pictures are safely back in my inventory, filed and ready for some more lovin whenever I fancy!

See you soonish 😉

  1. So true! I'm with yah! Plus why would you NOT want to wear it again? I appreciate all the time and effort those designers have put through into making their creations. And to not wear it again? A little ridiculous! Plus you loose the possibility of the different ways you can wear the item. Right?

  2. Right! You can style it all up differently, not to mention endless layer and attachment possibilities. I understand not wanting to be monotonous and all but there is a line, and if I have liked something enough to pay for it, wear it, file it even, that line does not lead directly into the trash can lol. Being a newer item you're still getting the word out, which I am pretty sure does not hurt the designer or yourself when wearing an item you adore and do not have to pay for again, it's a win ~ win in my book.Irked me a little (as you can tell) lol, but good to know I am not alone! 🙂

  3. I totally agree with you! I mean, i love all my hair styles and clothes, the whole point of buying hair and clothes you like is to wear it and enjoy it – more than once! Hell, im guilty of blogging wearing the same style hair for numerous blog posts! But like what Evion said, you can accessorise and mix and match! its all fun! 🙂
